Home Consultations

You only get one chance to make a powerful first impression. Our experienced home stagers will conduct a room by room walk through, make suggested changes and improvements to optimally prepare the home as a “show ready” display home.

The five R’sare a proven set of merchandising guidelines for an already furnished home:

Re-organize – simplify each room, put away, store or box up clutter
Re-arrange – moving furniture to create new, appealing space
Re-move – extra furniture and accessories that makes space look small
Re-accessorize – remove collections, create a simple, streamlined look
Re-act – take action and start the process…it pays off $$

Home Consultations generally take about one hour and result in a detailed and prioritized list of recommendations. This Transformation Action Plan (TAP) is a comprehensive list of tasks that outline exactly what is required to effectively prepare a home for sale after the consultation. As much as possible, we will incorporate existing furnishings and accessories to maximize impact for minimum cost.

$200 for homes up to 2,500 sq. ft.
$250 for homes from 2,501 to 4,000 sq. ft.
$300 for homes over 4,000 sq. ft.

With the Transformation Action Plan in writing, clients can choose to implement some or all of the changes themselves. We will also supply a pricing menu for a professional home stager to complete all or part of the project.
